We're putting a new spin on our Saturday night buffets to bring you Epicurean Seafood Night!
A seafood smorgasbord by Executive Chef Sir Roger Michel! Join us at Aqua Star every Saturday night. Delight in peel-and-eat local white shrimp, East Coast oysters, fresh clams, mussels, salmon, scallops and more on the appetizer bar and then choose your entree cooked to order. Be sure to save room for dessert, where house-made cobbler with local ice cream and a wide variety of of other delectable sweet selections will satisfy even the sweetest sweet tooh. Free parking or take the complimentary water ferry to Aqua Star and enjoy the "Best View of Savannah."

Aqua Star is honored to have the services of noted Executive Chef Roger Paul Michel, knighted in 2010 with a French lifetime achievement award "Merit Agricole."

Michel studied at the Culinary School Bellegarde in his home country of France, where his talents shined from the start - Michel was awarded a certificate designating him the "Best Culinary Student in Ain." He has since earned numerous other honors, including "Chef of the Year" (BHRCA England); "Best Apprentice in France" semi-finalist (as deemed by a panel of world-renowned Michelin Chefs); two silver medals in the IKA Culinary Olympics, "Taste of Savannah" gold medalist and more.

Michel's menus can be tasted at any of the resort's three restaurants: Aqua Star, Midnight Sun, and the Champions Grill. Don't miss Sunday Jazz Brunch for a full-sensory experience, complete with live jazz and the "Best Brunch in Savannah," and now featuring a Saturday evening seafood event, the Epicurean Seafood Buffet.
